While in my last blog I expressed my overwhelming sense of the emotional joy I have found here in these people of Swaziland, this time I’ve found a different kind of a joy. Hiking on a mountain in Africa, wildlife all around, African drums in the distance, and watching a storm blow in, all at the same time? Yeah, that’s what my day consisted of on Saturday. How many people can say that?? My team had the privilege of experiencing this incredible opportunity on our day off when we decided to go check out Execution Rock. On the mountain we saw zebras, wildebeests, warthogs, antelope, a lemur, a crocodile, and some hippos! It was pretty legit.
