to replace what was forgotten part 2

Well I wanted to post my more important blog today but my computer is dead and the electricity is out at the homestead because of a storm last night so… I’ll just pick up at tuesday and hopefully finish the week in the 45 minutes I have left here.   Tuesday: We wake up between the hours of 5:30 and 7:45 and do whatever our hearts desire is until 8 AM on the dot when breakfast is searved (but not really because breakfast is usually late, especially when I make it. Purple Tree People

Since the first day we arrived at our homestead I have been captivated by this purple tree that is across the street from us. In a this tiny town in the bush of Africa the colors of red and brown soil mixed with a variety of green bushes and plants are about the extend of diversity you see. However, as you walk down the hill back to our hut you can’t help but notice this huge brilliant purple tree woven in the dry and desolate landscape. It stands out, demands your attention and awe.
