For those of you who don’t know me, I’m a huge animal lover. Most of the time it’s a blessing. While other times it is not so much. Those of you who have been to Africa will know, loving animals is not quite so much a blessing here. The people treat their animals as….well…. animals. What is your favourite thing about TImbutini?   As our time here is ending and we are preparing to move to Nsoko next week I thought I would ask everyone what is their favourite thing about TImbutini. Opening Our Eyes

Opening our eyes…. What does that really mean? Opening your eyes? Cause our eyes are open constantly- almost 16 hours a day or so. But isn’t it amazing how you can walk the same path, to the same place, every day for a month and yet never notice the people you pass or the beautiful tree you “see”every day but dont really?   God opened my eyes the other day. Lenhle

Lenhle is one of the most beautiful little girls. Her name even means beautiful. She’s four years old. Her smile is contagious. Her laugh is one of the best sounds I’ve ever heard.
