I AM …

 

God wants to know who you are? He wants you to feel his presence and find out who you are in him.  The other night at our worship time Tara had a vision of us writting who we are in God.  I really Loved this! 

I wrote I am faithful.  Ever since I got her I keep hearing faithful being used a lot in the songs the Swazi people sing and the second day we got here we asked the people to give us Saswati names, because that is what they like to do.  I was given the name “Thembekile” which means faithful to the one you love.  I am being faithful to the one I love.  I have always been but sometimes I haven’t shown it, being her is helping me to become more faithful to my Jesus.  I also wrote that I am content.  At the beginning of this trip it was hard for me to be content of what we were doing and when.  At home I am ALWAYS on a schedule and plan Everything!!!  Here it is totally different. We never know what we are doing and plans change all the time.  I have learned just in the past couple of weeks that God is in control and has a plan.  He has a schedule for my life and I am content. 

 

 

Proverbs 3: 5-6  Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

 

Our team is really growing too and I feel like everyday we bring something different and each and every one of us are learning and teaching eachother.  I love our team!! 🙂
