to replace what was forgotten part 2

Well I wanted to post my more important blog today but my computer is dead and the electricity is out at the homestead because of a storm last night so… I’ll just pick up at tuesday and hopefully finish the week in the 45 minutes I have left here.

Tuesday: We wake up between the hours of 5:30 and 7:45 and do whatever our hearts desire is until 8 AM on the dot when breakfast is searved (but not really because breakfast is usually late, especially when I make it. Don’t really know why though). After that we try to do a study on 2 Peter… I think we’re on chapter 5 now so we are making progress… Just very slow progress. it’s been good though, I at least have enjoyed it. After that we scheduled a Kombie to come pick us up at 9:15… which is usually 9:30-9:45. Then we make it to Hope House, which is a sort of hospital/assisted living plave for people who have more of the major medical problems. While there we visit and talk, just getting to know the people and their stories. At approximatly 12:30 we all meet together to have our amazing lunch of peanut butter and jelly (my favorite part of the day) then we all split up to do different ministry around Manzini. Some go to the public hospital, others to a care point inthe city and still others to the market to get to know the workers there. at 4PM (4:45-5 PM) we are picked up from the Riverstone Mall and driven all the way back out to Timbutini and our hut 🙂 Tuesday’s we usually have a slightly later supper because of our kombie schedule but it makes it even better because we are all more hungry because of it. After dinner we made tuesday nights into our movie night. So all 14 of us crowd around a laptop and watch movies like Tangled, Princess and the Frog, and Up while fighting to stay awake… our bed time is 7:30 remember? so it makes staying up till 9 pretty difficult. And that concludes our tuesday… unfortunantly I seem to have lost my ability to think/type fast since coming to Africa and I am out of time so… Maybe Saturday, maybe next week for the rest of all this and maybe, just maybe a slightly more important blog.
