Thes past two weeks in Swaziland have began to teach me what hard work truly is 🙂 Just last week me and some other girls from our team went to help the gogos with some chores and they had us fetch some water. We had to cary huge buckets of water up hil on our heads! It was crazy! As i did this I realized that this is normal for many of the Swazi people. If they dont do this than they wont have access to any water. Back at home we have so much brought to us. Like water is brought to us from a sink! We really have alot to be thankful for 🙂
I and the rest of the team really love our trips to Manzini. We always buy food for ourselves to bring home or eat here. I remeber last week going to linch with Karli and watching her devour a burger that was the size of her head! 😀 so it;s good times in the city. In Timboutini, we I love to go to the care points and spend time with the kids. the kids there who have so little are just as happy as the kids back home are. They run up to you with the buggest smiles on their faces and want you to pick them up and just hold them.
Being in Swaziland Has been amazing so, far. I cant wait to post new blog next week with more up dates 🙂
