Man oh man! This is for real! I, Michelle Margaret McDonald am going to Africa. Ever since my first missions trip I knew God was going to do some pretty great things,but I would have never expected to be taking a semester off school to go overseas.
In meeting my team I didn’t know what to expect. It is so evident just from hearing the stories of how God brought us together, that he is about to do HUGE things through us! We are warriors for Christ. As our feet step into Swailand we are shifting things in Jesus name. Satan has no hold on us! We are free!
Adventures in Missions is truly preparing us for the mission field. From the very start of our adventure together God has been teaching me not to have expectations, because its all in His hands! Ever since I arrived I’ve been radically pulled out of my comfort zone. The first night we stayed at a Safe House, and reached out to the homeless of Atlanta. The next day we moved locations to their head courters where we showered with hoses, and practiced how to evangelize, hear the voice of the Lord, and preparing sermons to preach. We have declared God’s power and strength, hope and health over Swaziland!
Tomorrow is the day we have all been waiting for! Swaziland here we come!
